1980 Yamaha XS650 "The Wrinkle Chopper"
This bike started out as a very nice, low
mileage, 1980 Yamaha XS650. It was chopped in the rear and a TC Bros.
Hardtail was tig welded to the original frame. We also added a set of TC
Brothers forward controls with knurled pegs. Black powder coated super
bars and a polished ribbed rear fender add to the look. The bike was
then disassembled and powder coated in black wrinkle on the Sporty tank,
the oil tank, and the frame. The headers were wrapped in black header
wrap. There are many custom touches done to this
chopper, the more you look the more you will notice. This bike is now a
kicker only and draws a crowd everywhere it stops. You can hop on this
bike and ride it anywhere...or just around the corner for a drink at the
local watering hole.
